REFUND POLICY
We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. If you have any concerns about the quality of the products you received, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide a refund under the following conditions:
- The product arrived damaged or leaking.
- The product is not in good condition.
- Your order hasn't been delivered within 70 days of payment.
Please reach out to us with any questions or concerns about your order, and we'll do everything we can to assist you.
RETURNS
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided that the products haven't been opened or used. Please note that you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We will not any fee from the refund amount for returned products. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned order. If you need help with a return, please get in touch with us, and we'll do our best to assist you.
TAXES AND DUTIES
We always try to minimize any additional charges for our customers by declaring a low value on the package and labeling it as a gift. We also divide orders over 2 kg into multiple packages to help avoid additional fees. However, please be aware that:
- All packages to EU will arrive without any customs taxes and duties.
- EU customers can use use our non taxable shipping service by dpd.com from Poland.

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
- Please review your shopping cart (product selection and quantities) carefully before finalizing your order.
- Ensure that you provide the correct shipping address during checkout and verify it before submitting your order.
- Be aware that orders cannot be modified or canceled once payment or shipping has occurred.
- You can to cancel a paid order that hasn't shipped yet.
- If you do not receive tracking information and instructions within 5 days of payment, please contact us.
- If your order has not been received within 30 days of payment, notify us so that we can request expedited delivery from the postal company.
- Use the provided tracking number to monitor your package and be ready to receive it upon arrival at the postal facility.

AGREEMENT TERMS
We assure you that our site exclusively sells genuine products. Upon request, we can furnish Ukrainian quality certifications. Be aware that product images may not perfectly represent the actual color of gel polishes, but we make every effort to provide accurate photos. We do not alter orders after confirmation and payment, so please carefully check your order and quantities before finalizing. We do not offer returns, and we do not issue refunds if your order is held by customs for exceeding the duty-free limit. Quality complaints will only be accepted within the first 14 days of receiving the order.
Please understand that due to the pandemic, delivery times may be longer than usual.
