Shipping Charges:
Our standard shipping fee is $5 USD. However, we are pleased to provide free delivery for orders exceeding $100 USD.

Processing Time:
We strive to process all orders promptly, typically dispatching them within 1-5 days of receipt. Our orders are shipped via air mail from Kyiv, Ukraine, ensuring timely delivery.
Delivery Time:
Our customers can expect their orders to arrive within 15-25 days. However, we must note that delivery times can be affected by factors such as national holidays, seasonal sales, post-company strikes, airline disruptions, postal hub overloads, natural and man-made disasters, pandemic quarantines, and other unforeseen events. In such cases, delivery times may extend up to 90 days. We appreciate your understanding and assure you that if your package is not received within 90 days of payment, we will provide a full refund.
Tracking Information:
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a tracking number and a link for package monitoring to the email address you provided. Additionally, you can track your package on national post services' websites or through the 17track.net service.
Attention:
It is essential to verify the delivery address in the email confirmation of your order. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible via WhatsApp. If you haven't received your tracking number within three days of placing an order, please contact us. We kindly ask customers to track their parcels independently and collect them when they arrive at the post office. If you have not received your order within 60 days from the payment date, please reach out to us via WhatsApp.
Customs:
We handle customs declarations to ensure a smooth delivery process. Orders are sent as gifts in small packets with low declared value to avoid customs fees. For EU customers with orders weighing over 2 kg, we offer direct delivery from an EU company with no weight limits, no customs clearance, and no customs tax (shipping fees apply).
Special Offers:
We also offer no non-taxable shipping via dpd.com from Poland (15-25 days) for EU customers, and for customers from Bulgaria, we provide a shipping service via speedy.bg (15-25 days). As a token of our appreciation, each order is accompanied by a special gift from us.
